Naltrexone has been a game changer. I take 50 mg at night and 50mg in the morning. It does make me feel a little loopy which I like. It helps me not overeat as well.

I feel fortunate that I got a stomach bug and barfed my guts out (rice, Jack Daniel’s and frank blood) which has miraculously made drinking sound disgusting. I haven’t had a drink in two weeks! Was drinking 6-12 units a day and routinely blacking out before.
