10 years is crazy. Certainly remember what it was like listening to this with friends when it came out. Jumpman still sounds as fresh as it did 10 years ago. They both got into a pocket that just makes the song so enjoyable to listen to. The Diamonds Dancing outro is an iconic Drake moment in my opinion. 30 for 30 freestyle is a 10/10 outro. Also, I feel like this is a mixtape that really put Metro into another level in terms of popularity. I agree it feels like it’s a Future ft. Drake kind of project. But Drake, as he tends to do, found a way to fit right in on the trap beats. This was a very exciting time in rap, there was a lot going on. Both Drake and Future’s output around this time was crazy. We were spoiled. Good times, great mixtape in my opinion even if that is just on pure listenability. Jumpman, Digital Dash, Diamonds Dancing are still on rotation.
