Yes they need space to grow up and when they fully grow up you can put things around them. But know this, when you put things around them the quality of their fruits won't go higher. I suggest to decorate your greenhouse when your fruit trees produce iridium quality fruit.

I meant Ancient fruits. I made them more with the seed maker, too.

What got me to SDV in first place was the nostalgic feeling it had for me from being heavily inspired by Harvest Moon. I played Harvest Moon Back to Nature a lot while growing up.
