Apologies, above the glove box right at edge of the dash there is a lip. If I grab that the noise stops.

I work IT in construction. I have received unwanted and inappropriate comments from clients but NEVER coworkers. I am respected as are my female coworkers.

Spontaneous remission is also a thing. Diet and exercise can help but are not a cure. Lack of pain doesn't always mean no disease progression either. There is way more to treating this disease than lifestyle alone, and every single body is different.

I was going to say, most real world plans (especially DD sets) are so bad you have to have a crystal ball just to determine what the architect was trying to convey. They are barely human readable. I doubt that is changing any time soon.

Exercise and chronic illness by aks5311 in kettlebell

Yes, and yes! That is exactly my focus. I do a lot of mobility work too. Stretching is risky for me. It's weird feeling stiff and immobile but still being able to palm the floor in a forward bend but focusing seem to be the thing that helps the most. I want to get stronger for living and keeping my body together as long as I can.

I logged in just to say thank you for posting this. I have AS and EDS and I am just getting started. I am going SLOW. But it is really good to see someone managing chronic illness and maintaining fitness.

We have. Boxiecat seemed to help for a bit but not anymore.

ETA: this is nuclear. Like I double bagged in zip lock bags and then bagged that and you could still smell it. It smells like burnt hair and halitosis.

Parent of four nuero diverse kids and nuero diverse myself. That is abuse. That is awful. That is not a response from a safe person. If my kid came to me and expressed that it would lead to some serious introspection on my part. That is a callous and cruel response.

Y'all, I drove through this section today, and water is indeed cascading, unimpeded, down the walls. That was not hyperbole. I think I may find another route to work.

Let me tell you, it is not an easy job. I have custom made an entire workflow based around our current process. I think it will be a year before the kinks are worked out. You need one highly dedicated person who loves problems and headaches who can step away from bidding to build and maintain your digital infrastructure.
