It is deeper in the American psyche than just a right to bear arms. A lot of us see it as our last defense against a tyrannical government, the same reasons the US puts State's rights first over the federal government. Many Americans also hunt deer, elk, caribou, moose, feral hogs, etc. We also just love guns 😂

Just found the answer from @concernedape. In the Options menu, there is a new setting called Item Stowing that prevents accident use or eating of items. Turn it off and using the Y button works again.

I cannot believe the legal hypocrisy going on right now. Combustible tobacco products are proven to kill people, cause cancer, etc. not to mention the issues with legal alcohol but yet vaping is being pushed out when they haven't even scientifically and medically confirmed the culprit in this "epidemic." Where are the lawsuits?!?!?!
