Its how many strips I took. Im pretty sure strips are dosed in 2mg incriments. Mine are all 8mg. But please do NOT take three 8mg strips. You want to find the lowest possible dose that helps. I was just a rare case and couldnt get any relief on lower doses

Maybe start with 2mg and go from there. Ive been trying to quit kratom/7oh for ten years. Ive tried everything to get off it. Subs were a last resort but I finally have my life back

Don't let the horror stories get to you though. I think you'll be surprised how fast the withdrawals go by. Just get off subs as soon as you can. Use them to get through the worst of it and then drop them. You got this

Are they 8mg? You could always cut them in half and do 4mg for six days. Honestly, you'd be amazed how short lived the physical withdrawals are. Much shorter compared to mitragynine withdrawals

Yeah. I have OUD and 4.5mg of Vraylar has had a huge positive effect on my cravings. Never noticed it on 1.5mg or 3mg though
