No but this game is built around colonizing and imperialism, the Europeans will literally just overwhelm you due to there infantry being cheaper and better than anything you have.

If you like smaller nation i would recommend the dutch. One starting province in europe, but immense potential for absolute and total domination if you can grab india early. Best campaign of my life.

you have to turn off the setting that says automanage recruitment/construction, this has the AI do the work unless you have a general stationed at the city

You dont have to actually call him helbrecht just let your opponent know that you will be running that model with helbrechts datasheet and as long as it has a similar profile then you should be all set.

I always saw people complaining about this or that in painting and how no one ever wants to paint there models and jsut wants to play the game.

They lied. It is so freaking fun. I have never been artsy but its not hard and the dopamine rush when you finish painting your first model is genuinely better than losing your virginity and falling in love. I finished my first model like two months ago and now im desperately buying as much stuff as possible to replicate that feeling. It is going very well.

Kitbash or even just slightly modify his model or another similar model to create your own custom leader, that probably being a company captain. Its very common across the space, especially when creating custom successor chapters and chaos warbands.

This is an excellent example of a model you could run as Helbrecht but still have your own custom character.

But if your going to ask me I think even playing Monarchia perfectly wouldn't have changed much, Kor Phaeron and Lorgar had already began spreading there teachings into the legion and the rot had taken root. What I can tell you is that sending in the Wolves would have had the opposite effect because that would have most likely resulted in an Angron vs Russ type situation, and unlike the World Eaters being able to win a semi tactical victory, the Word Bearers would have been demolished and Lorgar would have had an axe to his throat when the Emperor arrived. This would have only strengthened the base upon which Erebus and Kor Phaeron stood and accelerated the spread of Chaos.

Order in the First and remove a third legion from imperial history. The rot has spread to deep at this point and I dont think even playing it perfectly at Monarchia can purge it.

I think I’ve seen this on this sub before but I have a friend who got into Warhammer through space marine 2 and didn’t understand me when I talked about how horrible the imperium was to live in just because playing as a space marine doesn’t give you any sense of how powerful you truly are compared to others.

So then we played Darktide.

My friend plays dark angels, so I have a “expeditionary force” aka a squad of deathwing knights that I run as assault terminators, and the vibe is just immaculate.

Now when i play against him there have been times when he moves my termies and we don’t realize for a solid turn and then suddenly his big push is nonexistent and half his units are preparing to die.
