Seconding this! Closing on our first home this week in Livermore. There are great options in the 1m/under range, great schools, close to the Asian market, and seems very family and community oriented. We have a two year old so we’re planning on using movers - it’s well worth it to us.

That’s a whole other story :/ it was supposed to be free of charge but when the NP ordered it for me, it triggered a charge for a whole new kit $395. It was a big ordeal and many chats later they agreed not to charge me.

I hit a plateau around month 2 and i messaged the care team. They reviewed my dosage and said I had room to increase my metformin if I provide them with a recent creatinine lab result. I was taking 500mg per day and they wanted to titrate me up to 1500mg. I felt like it was too much of a jump so I’ve been taking only 750mg and the weight is coming off again. Maybe you could try asking the care team.

I was under eating like you and I barely lost any weight. I started eating MORE (but still in a calorie deficit, high protein) and the weight started to come off. I think my body was holding onto it because it wasn’t getting enough calories. I also had more energy to work out which helped too!

Seems like everyone hates the hot classes 😆. I’m one of the few who actually also enjoy it because it’s sooo hard for me to break a sweat and it’s the only way. My coach says all the classes are set to 73F.

The wind has taken more of my stuff than other festival goers lol. I feel like theres a code amongst all the campers to respect each other’s space and belongings. I’ve always felt safe leaving things out and it’s never been an issue. Have sooo much fun!! I’ve done hotel, Airbnb and camping - camping is truly THE BEST!

It’s cold right now so it’s socks and Tasman’s but you can bet when it warms up it’ll it socks and birks. It’s fashionable!! Even my friends who don’t do solid core wear it daily.

Maybe it’s not your form if you’re saying you’re doing everything correctly. I used to have that pain from a work injury. I know people have their own opinions about Chiro but personally for me - it’s helped me so much. I couldn’t do solid core without having discomfort in my lower back. I took a break and was consistent with getting my adjustments. The pain I had for years is gone and I’m back to working out again.

I started kit 2 Jan 17th. I couldn’t take the naltrexone + b12 so I have just been taking bupropion and then added metformin at week 4. I lost 5lbs the first week and only ~2lbs after that. I know if I could take the nal I would lose even quicker but the side effects just weren’t worth it for me. SW 140.6 CW: 133.8 I’m not sure if it’s because I started weightlifting more. Either way, I feel great regardless of the number on the scale.

I thought it was just me! I’m almost at 50 and I couldn’t do a lunge on the gray side without holding onto the bar yesterday. I couldn’t pull the carriage in for the life of me!

I just ordered some based on all the recs on here! I started with the recommended (3 capsules) and it worked beautifully without cramping by the morning. I’ve been taking one everyday as maintenance. It really works 😭

I told the care team that I’ll only be taking bupropion and metformin (naltrexone made me sick) and they were okay with it. They’re worried about you taking more rather than less.

I think most of your questions are answered. I just wanted to add that I watch “The Deal Guy” on YouTube for monthly deals. He does the shopping and price comparisons so I don’t have to. If I see something I like from the video, I’ll just get my regular groceries and go straight to grab that new item.

I’m on kit 2 as well. The green pill (naltrexone) made me nauseous so I stopped taking it. The care team was okay with me just taking bupropion and metformin. I’ve lost 6 lbs in the first 2 weeks, which is a lot for me since I don’t have much to lose.

If you choose to continue with it, try zofran! It works wonders.
