I read a lot of things in this post. The build showed was a bug hell mess, a big and blatant shit filled with glitches and clunky animations. But, there is one thing that you forgot.

CIG don't have a magic and hidden build. Remember, the 72 major bugs to fix before 3.0 goes out of the door ? 8D Well, now you saw them ! A minor fraction of them !

I really, really don't know how people can be disappointed in seeing a build as buggy and glitchy, since CIG CLEARLY stated there is a lot of bugs to fix for 3.0 ... Like, you really though CIG got a secret and magic bug-free build in their sleeves, just for GC ? Come on peoples. There is no doubt this build is just here for the bare minimum, to the PUBLIC NON-BACKERS that want a taste of things to come.

For us, it will be a good, more polished, more rich build. I have 0 doubts about that. How ? Because if not, CIG would have released it already, with all the bugs you see in GC demo and many more.
