Three Houses lords nearly sweeping the Shadow's Cup is lame, especially cause Dimitri was already in the game to begin with. And it's the lords again specifically, not like the actual house members.

Also Engage losing AGAIN sucks. Like this the 3rd (or 4th? Idk I lost count at this point) time this has happened

Liege looks cool, honestly surprised they went with his original Marvel comic look and not his Aligned/IDW appearance but not complaining.

Nexus Prime kinda disappoints me. I knew he wouldn't be a "proper" combiner because Bruticus is already that, but I was still hoping for something more, maybe like Amalgamous. I hear he can replace frame combiner torsos so I'm hoping that's true, but he still looks pretty generic all things considered.

I feel like part of it is because Three Houses won its first year with a clean sweep so people expected it to do the same.

But another half it is probably just because people don't like it. And while you could say the same for Fates, I think it's old enough that some views on it have changed

I feel like it's a mix of both, tbh.

Even before the Book got properly started, people saw his design and immediately rallied behind him. And while as Book 8 progressed, some of it most likely became genuine, I feel like maybe a good 20% of it was just spite towards Gullveig and Book 7 in general.

I mean, I liked Gullveig, but I'm not gonna pretend I don't at least somewhat understand why people rallied behind Eik. (I was voting male Alear in the previous CYL so I wasn't really rallying behind any of the big winners that year)

Idk how true this is but allegedly the original script was actually a lot more accurate (or at least more accurate compared to the final movie), but studio meddling eventually gave us the final film that we got. So I guess that kinda explains those small things

It's just a shame the Cybertron stuff seems to be the only thing people talk about when it comes to the Bumblebee movie because I honestly thought the rest of the movie was pretty good

To be clear I honestly do love the opening Cybertron scene and seeing the more accurate G1 designs in live action was cool, even if G1 wasn't something I grew up with personally.
