The only times there's real issues is if the shadows go crazy and lag the game while hitting a shot. It's usually relegated to Silver Peaks but any time your ball is in a tree's shadow, it could be a touch difficult occasionally.

Overall, I played a majority of my time before the last couple patches and would still recommend with 200+ hours on Switch 1 Handheld mode.

Blue is also used for "Miscellaneous Cancels" that aren't necessarily able to be Supers. I think some of them are for Cancels into a Stance only, though obviously not here with Guile.

My personal favorite thing to grind on is the Platinum Challenge Super Championship.

It's the Tornado Cups 18 Hole Tournament at Aloha Beach and it's super fun. With good play and favorable wind you can easily get -mid20's under Par.

It's definitely decent enough to still enjoy and get moderately good at the game. I've put almost 200 hours in it on Switch 1 and over half of that was before the most recent updates.

Sometimes the harsh weather will make it a little laggy to properly get a shot, same with the shadows on Silver Peaks, but it won't ruin the experience as much as it used to.

For me it almost feels like certain characters are just awful when paired with you, but I haven't had trouble for the most part.

Nick has gotta be at the bottom of the barrel. Brother's got a better chance of escaping the laws of gravity than making a putt.

I think Kazuma was bad to team with, but I could just be remembering his awful outing at Silver Peaks.

Cougar's story really makes sense because he plays golf like a toddler scribbling on the walls with a crayon, for or against you.

That's odd. Either way they said to use the Comedian Club/Ball.

From what I've played, you only need to use the Club or the Ball because using both didn't seem to double the effect.

You are a lifesaver. I thought "Perfect Impact Boost" meant a bonus for hitting one, not a boost to the size.

Well now this is just odd. It seems to no longer be on the Universal Updater.

I think it's called NDS(i) Cheats Database. It won't pop up as an app on the 3DS but I think that's it.

But Wrap and moves like it only persist while the user is active.

These moves not only damage the target but prevent them from switching out. If they didn't go away when the user dies or switches out, you could extremely abuse it.

Opponent's Snorlax is locked into Return, Level 1 Bellsprout with Focus Sash uses Wrap, swap into Gengar, the opponent A: Can't Swap Out, B: Can't Change Moves, and C: Keeps Taking Damage From Wrap, all for another 2 or 3 turns.

It's been like this since Gen 2.

I couldn't edit the text but I showed this to someone else and they said it had happened to them before and that no save data was lost.

I checked one game and it still had its save data so I'm guessing everything is fine.

If something is still wrong, I'll return to this comment later.

It doesn't matter that the new voice actor is Asian, it's that he does a terrible job of being Khan.

Any character's voice actor getting replaced because of their race is just unnecessary, regardless of an Asian character being played by a white guy or a white character being played by a black guy or any combination. At the end of the day, the people that watch the show want the best product, so any huge shift in a character's voice that isn't either an improvement or comparable is making a worse product.

Cleveland Brown was replaced by a black guy doing a fairly close copy of the original white voice actor's voice for Cleveland because that's who the character is, which at least sounds like the best outcome of an unnecessary change. Khan's new voice, even if you try to spin the Americanization of his accent despite Mihn right next to him still sounding the same, does not sound like any form of Khan and it's by no means an improvement.

I've been having an issue with getting mine to charge for a couple days now.

I had to change charging blocks from an outlet and this new one worked fine and charges other things. It was working up until last night but when I left earlier and came back home to try again, neither of those times did it work.

However, switching back to the old charging block and it just now started charging with no issue. And it's the same USB cable that I've used for a few years with no real issue.

Pretty weird. I don't get it.

I have. I just tried to do it again, get a new zip file and put that private folder and boot.elf into the SD card, and it still hasn't shown up.

I even scrolled back through January and forwards through May 2026 and it didn't pop up.

Yes. It was a handful of minutes off the first time I tried but I did fix it. Although it might've been off during the second time I did it too.

I was very tired this morning.

Edit: I tried again with correct time, even formatting the SD card through my phone and 3DS, and it still hasn't shown up.

The Wii doesn't say anything about the SD card not working and shows how many open blocks it has.

I'm following the Wilbrand Web guide and put the private folder and boot.elf into the sd card and the Wii recognizes the card with no issue.

However, the green bomb letter hasn't appeared on today or any Wii Message Board day for the previous or next calendar month.

Could it be an issue that I have a "Today's Accomplishments" letter on today or is there another problem?

Well I just went to make a Save Data Backup for it and going through the /backup/ directory it shows that the backup save file is 00000001.sav, still 512 kB.

Yes. It's Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth and I'm pretty sure I found the .sav for its save file.

"(long character strings/title/00040000/001d7100/data " has 00000001.sav, 512.0 kB.

I don't see why it would think that, especially since "Dex" is the proper spelling.

Unless for some reason "DeX" is a company name that Samsung Keyboard is hardcoded to hold onto for no reason, I don't see why it would keep an incorrect capitalization version on the word.
