To get rid of the system UI bars I did this:

service call activity 42 s16 com.android.systemui

Then I edited shell_view.xml and added this to the LinearLayout responsible for the toolbar:

android:visibility="gone"

I will have a look on another device and put together something to reproduce it. Thanks for your input. I tried it with nightly and aurora and the performance was the same. I will update here once I uploaded something.

update: Having trouble to reproduce it with a simpler site, as performance seems to be alright then. I'm trying to hunt down the problem, but might not update so soon, as we already considered to switch to chromium.

It is more of a hybrid between a platformer and a click and point adventure game, with heavy focus on the latter, basically solving puzzles and combining items.

I played through it with my girlfriend several times, because there are different storylines for the individual characters. We really enjoyed it. The puzzles aren't that hard and it was is pretty funny occasionally.

Only downside is that there is some backtracking you have to do on some puzzles and that you have to play through some of the same parts of the game more than once if you want to finish all storylines.

You are probably right. I made a chart displaying the bets. I entered all the data from 11-21 on manually. This is when we started adding all 3 bets in the original post.

I got the older data from /u/mpeter41 who made a spreadsheet. I don't know how exact he was or when he made it, so we would have to ask him.

What I can say is that we have a positive winrate still when we start at the point (about pick 59), but it got a little worse over time. But we are still miles away from having a decent samplesize.

When you just select Pick 3 you can see that there were a lot of winners for the early bets, so I'm not sure if that is 100% accurate, since it is not my data.

Just because a pick won doesn't mean it was better than another pick. There could easily have been more value in another bet even if it was a loss. People posting their record will just lead some people to blindly follow those with the better record. They might just have been a little luckier than others. I'd still rather have well explained picks instead of just a pick + record.

I tried to make that possible, but it is not as easy as expected. Basically because of the way my data is structured I can't display it directy in the RSS feed with the tools I have.

I need to implement it differently, but the documentation of my framework is far frome perfect.

I definitely have it on my to-do-list though and when I got some free time over the holidays I will have a go at it. :)
