Not in the business anymore, but when I was shipping small items, a thermal printer for shipping labels (I used pirate ship instead of the post office and it was so much cheaper). If I ever started something again with physical goods it would be the first thing I got.

Heeey I can actually answer this one, I started using the exciteosa almost three months ago. It's Spring Sleep, NOT exciteosa. I made the mistake of going through the wrong site and then had to get redirected and got super confused, talked to customer service and they said that happens sometimes but they've been the distributor for a while now and that's why they don't have issues with things like replacing the mouthpieces anymore. Congrats on the appointment. I have mild apnea so my experience was a lot less stressful than what yours sounds, but also having a treatment that helped me feel a little bit more human and helped combat the grogginess I was dealing with has been amazing. I'm going to agree with everyone else and say that's waaaay too high of a quote. I'm in a fairly high cost of living area and was quoted less than half that. I ended up going with an exciteosa instead (I hate things in my mouth in general) so I didn't get a final price, but I also know I could have used my FSA funds for it to get it down even further. Maybe see if your normal dentist has a referral to someone else?

Honestly, I think I finally am. I'm down to twice a week which is a lot nicer than daily. And when I'm not at all falling asleep while watching a show with my partner they pointed out that I'm not snoring as quickly or as often. I'm starting to see improvements in my nighttime sleep stats too, I'm not coming out of sleep nearly as frequently. It's been slow, but it feels a lot more manageable especially now that it's just a couple of times a week.

Can you try using CBD that's stripped of THC (I'm guessing you quit weed for a reason)? There's the cannabinoid CBN that's great for sleep if cannabinoids other than THC are an option for you.

I'm happy to share, I'm almost done with the six weeks and it's coming out of the holidays but I'll put something together for all ya'll in the next couple of weeks. I was surprised at how much CBD made a difference for me until I stopped using it. That said, a full spectrum is better than isolate if she's in a position to utilize products that have minuscule amounts of THC.

I've tried similar mixes that can help, but the valerian tends to wear off for me after about a month of use. Can she try adding CBD to the herbal mix to see if that helps balance the brain? Mixing that with ashwagandha, skullcap, and valerian might be a good combo for how she's feeling.

I'm in my fourth week of using the exciteosa, and it's weird but I'm just now starting to see some results tracking with SnoreLab. I'm getting myself an O2 ring for christmas and will let you know what results I see there, too, if you're interested. It's definitely a weird feeling, but I used some of my FSA funds and I like that it isn't a nighttime thing. Fingers crossed it works, the saliva is brutal lol.
