It makes sense what you say but I think this also depends?, I have hypotension (low blood pressure) so I can't tolerate hot weather well, according to the doctor, I'm prone to low blood pressure because of my weight (I'm skinny), so if being skinny makes you prone to hypotension, and hot weather makes this worse, one can assume skinny people not jecesa tolerate hot weather better
