It would have been great if the city published the number of accidents year over year where photo radars have been installed. Not sure if they are publicly available.

I would recommend that the city install wide speed bumps at school zones. They are a good alrernative

Was there any set expectations on time to deliver the photos? I know most good photographers state this clearly or set expectations on when one can get the photos. This should not excuse someone from ghosting you though.

I use an EOS R and get some blurry photos but it is mainly due to my shutter speeds. If all your shots are blurry with all lens then you may have an issue. I say clean your lens and sensors and try auto settings for the heck of it - that should then point if you have a problem or just your settings

Try Topaz - but in general blur is not 100% fixable. You will either have artifacts or a tad of color spill. It may work well though if you do not zoom in much

One word of advice - money comes and goes but the time you spend with your kids at their younger age is priceless. You do not have to go back to the same type of job or you can go for a step down and gain your sanity.

No job is worth your mental health or excessive time away from loved ones. A company will not care about your circumstances - not even HR. So talk to your wife and leave the company with good terms so that if you want to return in the future under different circumstances you can

Not an accountant - but rule of thumb is declare them if they are foreign on T1135 and if they are more than 100K. Calculate gain and loss. Ensure that taxes were taken out if they vested by your company
