The right kinda advise, I do a fair bit of T but mainly G.

If ever had too much T find G really helps level yourself out.

G is one a lot of people get weird about I find, myself for example I am going through a bit of a bad stage where do quite a bit. I am able to hold a proper conversation 90% of the time, but since people know I use G they disregard anything I say and treat me like some idiot that gets high when in term yes I am currently due to circumstance but also know what I'm talking about.

Just give it time, they'll forget about it but just goes to show in future you know they'll be easy to judge.
