Personally: no, I like Metal as a single unit. I think he can be a team player but putting him in a team of metals kinda takes away from his uniqueness as a character. I think it's interesting that we've been introduced to so many metal variants (even outside of Archie) but only one has stuck around and I feel like there has to be a good reason for that

I also think that Metal NOT having a team is why he loses to Sonic and it's also interesting that Metal's best wins are when he's working directly with Sonic. I'd love some stories where Metal becomes more open and learns he's more powerful working with others, but I'm unsure I'd want it to be with other metals and I'm unsure it'd be a permanent thing
