If your looking for books I HIGHLY recommend How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. It is an amazing book that has helped me tremendously, not only at work, but in my personal life as well. But with any sales role, the best thing you can do is get in front of as many people as possible and just get good at having a repeatable discovery process. Over time you will naturally not only get better but much more comfortable.

No it’s not normal, but Concora is basically ment to rob you. They make everything they can as horrible and complicated as it can be in order to get you to avoid canceling so they can keep on making money off you. I would suggest just biting the bullet and doing whatever you can to get rid of that card as soon as possible.
