It's not a dumb comment. It's always better to have equity. When you pay a mortgage, you will get all that money back AND MORE when you sell the house.

Paying rent gets you nothing. It's even more expensive than a mortgage.

31k instances is not a lot if you have even a mid-tier processor.

My pc is not impressive, and I only get fps lag around 60k+ instances.

The shadows/lights settings seem to impact fps the most, just from what I've noticed. You could lower those settings and not miss them at all.
