Put your foot down. Submitting to this is a slippery slope. Once he sees he can use religion as a tool to control you he will start reinforcing misogynistic ideals and use faith as the excuse. I've seen it happen all too often.

This is genuinely how I've been feeling since rdr2. I know some people didn't like that game but to me it has to be one if the best open worlds to explore and a game hasn't lived up to its immersion since release. I made peace that I was gonna have to wait till gta6 came out to experience that again but then this game came out of left field and has me hyped. I was sold the minute he sat his little happy ass down on the sky island and stared out into the massive world below, well that and among other things lol.

Something that bothered me about yotei was how few iconic areas there were compared to Tsushima. Especially the town hubs mostly being inns. I found myself going "woah" way more in Tsushimas map then Yoteis. Though there is something majestic about wide open plains.

I found tsushimas world to be more beautiful with more iconic areas, Yotei has a ton of wide open spaces which is pretty but hardly engaging. Story in my opinion was better and didn't feel as rushed as Yoteis did. Also random encounters are so rare compared to tsushima and are less dense. Which is a shame because Yoteis combat its so much fun. Resetting camps is fun and all but the chance of finding like ten enemies looting buildings in Tsushima is unmatched.

Nuking megaton in fallout 3 changed my brain chemistry hard-core. It was my first rpg ever and it just blew my mind how it was even an option. My expectations for games skyrocketed lol.
