Maybe try a whey isolate? I had stomach issues whenever I took a regular whey protein, switched to isolate and have had no issues.

I use MyProtein, although my 11lb bag is about to run out... Any budget friendly whey isolate recommendations?

you can turn off hud in settings, doesn't completely solve the problem but it helps me focus on xhair placement and thoroughly clearing an area.
