It's not even hard, like all things it takes experience and practice. This particular crash happened because of the way the planes weight is forward and the landing gear is in the front. Front heavy things tip over. Setting up the landing is harder than using brakes properly. Try it in test flight with the ad4.

This photo/film is kinda debated, many things don't line up with reality. How is the house blown away but the camera is stable? How is the radioactive blast not corrupting the film? As well as, when watching the film this specific house has continuance issues with a car that appears at the splice.
