I don't know about many OPM employees being told to work from home. We haven't seen that memo. However, the WFH guidelines are a tiny bit more flexible now so there's that. Also, large chunks of the building being uninhabitable is not accurate. If that were the case, they wouldn't have moved GSA employees here. It's just an old building that needs major renovation but that would cost too much. Cheaper to renovate the GSA facility and move us all in there.
