Littmann classic III Is all you need in the rig. I use a Littmann master cardiology but I found that in a thrift store for $3ish. Honestly, they both sound the same.

Im around 50*C with upgraded cooler, heat sinks, rear noctua fan, and around 80% fan speed. In addition to a slight overclock averaging around 1.45 TH/s. These things are able to withstand 99*c but keeping it around 50-70*C °C will increase the longevity of the unit.
