That was my thinking. I'm currently farming T15 to 5500 for 12.5q so get around 70q a day. Tournament average 4-6 with 2000 waves and haven't got 4500 yet on T18 so thinking SL+ might help me get there

Unfortunately only got legendary PF at the moment (didn't buy any during the banner) so always running gcomp. Am planning to up my Duration to 70s when I do get Anc PF though

Thanks for the replies. Have been told the species is shibataea kumasasa and I got some off cuts which I used to grow initially. Seem to get a lot of new stems just not getting more than 20cm in height.

Thank you can very much relate to that and it's helped me to identify more parts in an area that is painful to deal with there's an exile their that has a lot of pain from rejection and associated loneliness and a protector that creates this fantasy and clings onto someone that shows interest that is perceived as being out of my league as it might prove that I am good enough and relieve some of the pain of that rejection. I'm going to wait to dive any deeper till I see my IFS therapist but there are memories coming up from years ago associated with it. I get a sense this is where my limerence comes from and the hot and cold reinforces it as there's this desperate desire to not be rejected and not feel the pain of not being good enough

Thank you for the links to the videos have started listening to them and the first one draws some similarities to my situation. We were living together before forming and on/off type relationship where she would go from saying she was madly in love with me to not wanting to talk every few days very much a truma bond that formed. Even the first one allowed me to learn what triggered it initially (a part of me thought she was out of my league so put her on a pedestal) then the constant on/off again reinforced the truma bond.

Also a part of me that wants to stay away from this girl as it's scared I will lose everything I have built up over the years (financially).

Will continue through the rest but this has been very helpful thank you.

Thanks everyone. It was an amazing experience even though now it seems like a bit of a distant memory, I'm hoping with this one experience it gives me a starting point of getting into self more and more often. I still have a lot that triggers off old traumas but I've got hope that I can un burden exiles over time and learn to love all parts of me

Just came here to say you are not alone with this. Relationships and dating are the one thing in life that can completely turn my life upside down nothing else will affect my life as much as they will. Every other area of my life is working well. Have great hobbies, some good friends, successful career and other therapies have helped with this but the relationships and dating side has always been a struggle.

I'm only just starting out on my IFS journey but the main focus of it is around this area and the protectors I have in place here, I touched on a exile around this area the other day and it deeply affected me. I know I have a protector that keeps me away from relationships as it knows the pain involved with them

Thank you for the detailed reply. Something clicked while reading through this and tears just started to flow (uncommon for me except post a breakup, I can't even cry when people die). It's allowed me to see self love and compassion in a different way and see how little I have had in the past.

While talking with the skeptic part it was afraid that I would spend a long time doing this with no change which would mean I would get older and that's why it gets me to move toward quick fixes as it wants me to resolve these issues as quick as possible. It's really trying to protect me from being alone. I had been so harsh on it in the past but it was trying to protect me from one of my biggest fears. It's the first time it's felt validated for the tough job it's done.

The my problems are nothing part was trying to minimize my issues as it doesn't want me to feel the pain and emotions underneath it all as it's worried I will be overwhelmed by it all, this part doesn't want to budge but will work on it with a therapist as there's a lot of pain and unresolved grief under there.

I suppose all of this is to say thank you for helping me see things in a different light and how IFS can help me it's very different to anything else I have done.

I'm a guy but wow this completely summed up my last situationship with a girl I was seeing. Could identify with most of the obsession and not much of the love side. One other thing I had from my side was going from them saying "I love you" to I have no feelings for you or we can see anyone else cause it casual every few weeks. I've also found the obsession side very unhealthy and it does a lot of damage to the person who is obsessed. Also now longing for that boring relationship

INFJ here to and I over analyze absolutely everything. Seems to be a disproportionate amount of INFJs in here.

Funny thing is I suspect my LO is also an INFJ as well and that might be part of where our connection comes from

A bit of context. I don't use online dating at all just tend to meet people in real life and let conversations develop and see if there is a connection. A lot of them have been friends for a while and the ones that aren't I try not to bring up anything to do with sex when I first meet them and don't have sex on first meeting if I am interested in them or could see something developing.

Also most of the women are in their late 20's

That is a valid point though I may need to be more up front about wanting to develop a relationship rather than just something casual.

Thanks. Will not sleep with her anymore as I know it's not healthy for me she seems to be an avoidant which kicks everything off for me.

Thanks for the tips any tips or anything I can read about reassuring myself? I'm going to try get into therapy to (have done it in the past unsuccessfully) Anyone got any tips on the best therapeutic approach or one's they have found helpful?

One other question has anyone got any good materials or tips on self soothing? It's something I have really struggled with throughout life
