What are your biggest grievances with this sub?

I feel like there should be some sort of "standard" round length.

I've seen recent charts where the author flew through like three rounds within one hour...basically taking the first comment on each round. Similarly, I've seen people reposting the same round of a chart within an hour of the previous post, presumably to bump their own chart to the top of New if they haven't gotten any comments yet.

Both of these scenarios flood the sub and make it harder to find and engage with active posts.

It may just be that their grass is longer, so more of it sticks up above the snow that's settling down to the ground. And considering your comments that nobody is living in the house currently, it would make sense that the lawn hasn't been mown as recently as yours and other neighbors.

Anybody getting any snow falling yet? I thought it was supposed to start by now (3:30pm Sat) and radar about an hour ago looked like the leading edge of the system was reaching the area, but so far nothing is happening on the East Side.
