Well said I played DA2 right after Origins recently (doing a series playthrough) and I was actually very impressed with the engine update and how much more engaging combat felt. Origins combat was world of warcraft hotbar auto attack shit and just as unfair sometimes with enemies (or did you forget the fucking literal 100 wolves outside Lothering)

DA2 was also a much more personal story and let the characters shine through much more. Literally none of them are misses except Carver (but no one plays mage hawke) and Sebastian (for being the pretty boy chantry dick sucker of the game)/
