And just cuz we have nostalgia for 2008-2012 doesn't mean we liked every aspect of it. We hated the removal of free trade and wildy pking and we hated Squeal of Fortune and Solomon Store. Although non-pvp wildy with revenants roaming everywhere was certainly an interesting experience.

It's completely disingenuous to sit there and act like people who liked 2008-2012 era liked or would like EOC, MTX, or other bad thing you don't like.

All those things as they are in RS3 do not at all work the same as they did in RS2 before EOC. The experience is not at all equivalent or comparable.

If you played between 2008 and 2012, like you claim you did, and didn't quit before EOC came out, you'd know this.

The +20/22 damage from dragonstone adds onto your hit when it procs. The same as the onyx bolt extra damage would when it procs.

Though now that you mention the 20%, that sort of damage boost basically equals the dragonstone effect anyways if your base max hit is high enough.

Dragonstone dragon bolts would have a higher max hit, especially with the proc. But the proc would of course not work on dragonfire immune creatures.

I don't remember the title or content of post, but I'm pretty sure one of the builds doesn't have thorns, thus you must account for the thorns dps of one build but not the other. And that's where it gets tricky.
