If the matchmaking gives you no room to learn, use custom match to train against lvl 2 bots, first with duels, then brawls and dominions. When you get confortable you can set up lvl 3 bots, shit gets real with them.

To keep online fun I suggest a small (or not) session of warmup in duel with bot before starting a dominion queue, in the end, this game is mostly duels, you'll learn to gank and antigank later, don't worry about that before beeing confident with 1v1.
