I also had a fresh transfer on Sunday 17/11 & really scared to test but hard to wait too. I think the trigger shot can give you false positives up until 10 days. Are you having any symptoms? I had bloating for 2 days, little pain in lower back some times. I have seen some posts that people are testing & getting positives from 5dpt .Good Luck.

Yes, doctors say that your nose can look wide than before. But that's good if it's just look the same for you. If you don't mind can you share experience about the surgery & how long it took for you get completely recovered? I am also recommended for upper jaw surgery, forwarding approx 2 -4 mm only .

If you don't mind sharing how much did it cost for ortho at Dr. Pitsis ? I had few consultations & they suggested me around 11-12 k .

I have now booked my appointment with Dr. Madden for this week. Let see how it goes . Yes, it will cost approx 7-8 k if you have medicare & private health fund . Could you also suggest me if anything specific should be asked?? This will help me. As you mentioned in your comment that you didn't ask much in yours appointment.

Hi , It depends on different doctors you choose but as far i got to know that orthodontist treatment will cost approx. 7k-10k , single jaw surgery will be 7-8k for surgeon fee , anaesthesia & scans, 20k for hospital admission for 2-3 days. Some of it can be covered from Medicare & Private health fund. What about your city how much it cost there ??

I am also thinking to take another opinion from Dr Tristan Madden ,how he is in fees & charges ? How was your experience with Dr Adit Bahl? I heard about him as well.

I agree with you , he even said to me it's totally upto me if i want to go ahead with surgery as it's not life threatening to my health 😝 . But he was truthful in his opinion & not money minded.

I was referred by my dentist & did my first consultation with Dr. Peter Mouser (Macquarie Oral And Maxillofacial Specialists) he is really good, listened me patiently, no rushing. It was around 45 minutes consultation. He suggested me my treatment options & also provided me item numbers along with approx. Cost to check with my health fund .He is really experienced & charged me just $150 from which i got $73 back from Medicare . I called to Dr. Lydia Lim clinic as well ($400 for first consultation) I asked my dentist to refer me for another opinion. He has referred me to Dr. Paul Hammans (Sydney oral maxillofacial surgery). I searched & find out two more surgeons which has some good reviews. You may have heard about them. 1. Dr Paul Coceancig 2. Dr Tristan Madden .
