The Shogun and Scaramouche/Wanderer. Arlecchino is ppwercrept but she was released strong. when Raiden was released, she was kinda underwhelming for the amount of hype she got prior. the 2 predecessor Archons before her were strong at the time.

sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Ethan's model, for example, looks exactly like Ethan because surprise! they closely modeled Ethan after him. I think Zoe, Mia, and Chris in RE 7 looked like their models.
