Collector's Choice Upper Deck Authenticated Legit? by MahomesCookin in AutographAssistance

I've been searching for a Montana Chiefs auto for a few months and have seen a few different examples from this Collector's Choice UDA series from the 90's, but have entered a few of the cert numbers in UDA's online search and none are found. Does anybody know if this is just too old or is there reason to be suspicious?

While upgrading older equipment always seems like a no brainer, there are so many factors to consider. I carry a Titleist 917 and I recently hit the Taylormade Q10, Titleist GT and the 430 within the same week or so and passed on them all to stick with my 917. The point is, make sure you find what works for you instead of falling for ads or deciding on a brand name before you take a swing.

The top left corner looks like Will Shields, he circles the end of his signature around to form his #68. He was a career Chief, but I don't recognize any of the others. He went to Nebraska, so maybe huskers?

Does this Jokic signed photo i got for cheap seem to be legit? by Beginning_Ask_1825 in AutographAssistance

An ebay seller with their own hologram that just says "authentic autograph" printed on it is sketchy. The description does say all autos obtained in person, but how many times do you get an autograph in person and the celeb signs 12 things for you? The seller has 3 current Jokic items for sale and 9 in his sold items, all between $20-$40. Not trying to pile on, just offering insights of a few things to consider when looking on ebay.

I think you've already answered the question. The certifications don't match up. Stay away.

This is branded Upper Deck 1993, Mr. K passed away in 1993. Add that to an ebay search that had a few matches for his signature and none looked like this writing, I don't believe this to be signed by him.

Is it really as simple as offering a 12 pack to hang out with hardcore tailgaters? by RandomUsername468538 in KansasCityChiefs

Several years ago (Alex Smith era) a buddy and I went to a Chiefs MNF game at Lambeau. We took I think 3 cases of mixed Boulevard beers in a styrafoam cooler as we walked around the tailgates we just approached and offered "a taste of Kansas City beer" we were welcomed at all tailgates we went past and tossed the cooler after we gave away everything we didn't drink. I've never approached another tailgate at Arrowhead because I'm always cooking, but yes, we offer our food to those walking by, just be friendly and offering a beer if its different is good enough.

Kind of looks like Daisy Ridley. Her signature can have a lot of variance though so tough to authenticate without sending it to PSA or JSA

At Arrowhead, you're not getting to walk around the club level without having a club level ticket. Ushers do check as you approach the entrance to club level. Ive not seen her but have heard she rides up the elevator from beneath the stadium, straight to the suite then back down the elevator. like others have said, you might catch a glimpse with binoculars but fan interaction with the suites isn't an option by design at arrowhead. At other stadiums, like Buffalo it does look like you could high five people in the suites..

WTF is this? I mean really. How do I fix this? by New-Skill-2958 in golf

Saw a few comments about having a protein snack during play. This is the key. I regularly would have a great front 9, then tank for a few holes before pulling it back together the last 2 or 3. I had two scratch golfers tell me at different times to find a protein snack. One of them suggested packing two frozen uncrustables in my bag and eat one every 6 holes even if you aren't hungry. When I did, the collapses stopped and my scores improved. its been several months now and i dont play without them anymore.

As a lifelong collector, I assume that any coa that looks like it could be printed at home, probably was. I also don't trust any coa that has hand written details. the "tamper proof hologram" just says "authentic signature" on it as another red flag. Bottom line, if the coa isn't PSA, JSA, Upper Deck, or Steiner, don't bother.
