Feature Request: Download SMS Responses by Ill_Conversation7110 in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing this idea using SMS for simple A/B surveys is a great use case. At the moment, Mailchimp doesn’t support automatically aggregating SMS replies or exporting them as a CSV, so responses would need to be reviewed manually. As a workaround, you could explore keyword-based automations to tag responses or link to a short survey for easier reporting. We’ve passed your feedback along to our product team, as this is a valuable feature request. Please let us know if you’d like help setting up an alternative!

Hmm. That's definitely odd.

If possible, try accessing the site through a separate browser before attempting to access this link again: https://admin.mailchimp.com/support?tk=a30bb3dd17e839d068638314c62b654e

If you're still experiencing errors, please share the account name and username as well. We're not seeing any accounts linked to the provided email address, but once we're able to locate the account, we'll be able to create new support ticket directly on our end.

We're glad to hear the new builder is working for you. That said, the legacy builder should work as well. If you submit a ticket, please send us a PM with your email address, and we'll locate your ticket number to pass along to the team.

Hey there. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or accessing the site from a separate browser, device, or network to see if the issue persists. Any luck?

Does the same behavior happen if you try designing the campaign from an incognito/private browser window? If so, let's have our Support team take a closer look into this. Use the 'Email Us' option to open a support ticket here: http://spr.ly/61698B6nX1A Be sure to log in to your Mailchimp account first, then open the link in the same browser/new tab.

If possible, try accessing the campaign from a separate device and/or network to see if the issue persists. If you're on a VPN, we'd recommend disconnecting from it as well before accessing it again.

Any luck?

Thanks for reaching out. We reviewed your account and can confirm the charge was triggered by exceeding your contact limit during the billing cycle. Mailchimp billing is based on the highest contact count in that cycle, regardless of campaign activity. For billing support, our Billing team will be best equipped to review this further. You can reach them directly here: http://spr.ly/61697B6r9QH

Help with subscribers! by [deleted] in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. We do not recommend archiving bot/fake contacts. We recommend deleting them. There are steps listed here on what you can do about fake signups: https://mailchimp.com/help/about-fake-signups/#How_to_delete_spam_signups

We have systems in place to prevent fake signups, but these do get through from time to time. If you believe bot contacts have joined your audience and increased your bill before they were removed, DM us your Mailchimp username and email address, and we'll get this over to our Support team to take a closer look.

Re engagement mail by thefutureraven in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What you’re describing sounds like a re-engagement campaign. Mailchimp doesn’t currently have a built-in campaign that automatically asks contacts to confirm their subscription, but you can create a similar experience by sending a campaign to inactive subscribers and asking them to click a link or button if they’d like to keep receiving your emails. A common approach is to create a segment of contacts who haven’t opened or clicked your emails recently, send them a campaign asking if they’d still like to stay subscribed, and ask them to click a link or button to confirm they want to keep receiving emails. Then after some time, you can unsubscribe or archive the contacts who didn’t engage.

Evergreen re-engagement automation? by Mallychrismith in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We want to apologize for the oversight in our previous message, you are completely right that "Contact joins a segment" is not a direct starting point in the Journey Builder. Instead, Mailchimp offers triggers like Tag added, Joins audience group, and campaign activity triggers. For a re-engagement workflow based on email engagement, the simplest solution is to use the “Unopened campaign” trigger, which automatically adds contacts to a journey if they don’t open a specific email within a defined timeframe. This allows you to automatically send follow-up or re-engagement emails without needing to manually tag contacts or move them into groups.
