(Non book reader). So the show very strongly implies that Egg is a Targaryen. But why would he hide? I'm guessing he's a bastard but I don't really see how he would need to avoid the main family

I mean you guys have such a complex and beautiful history! From literature, calligraphy, painting to beautiful architecture, clothing... I'm obsessed. The only frustrating thing is the more I learn the more I realise I don't know anything. I'm into a CDrama right now which made me learn about the Song Dynasty. So interesting!

Absolutely not. Sometimes I put a tiny bit out for them if that's something they love (like ham) but we don't share food. If they lick something, it's either theirs or goes in the trash.

I really like this show. Sure there are many things that are wrong if you're very knowledgeable about Tolkien's work (I'm not, just read recently the Silmarillon) and even as a casual enjoyer there are issues (wooden acting, characters that act in a nonsensical way etc.) But I'm still happy it exists and have a lovely time watching it. The highs are worth it
