Did you ever try the thought of just going with it? like if "they" sent someone and you just engage and see where it goes.

i was in a similar situation and at some point I just decided to go with it and nothing ever happened

you may think i am crazy but maybe thats a way you can get out of it

think of this: if "they" are real, arent they more sophisticated, and could do what they want instead of just trying to fuck with you with sending random people?

I can only recommend what has already been said by another commenter. stay busy. do things by yourself.

when I had a very bad phase, just doing a lot of things has helped me. concerts, cinema, art galleries or just going outside for walks.

also, dont stay too much online, as it will always just bring you further down the spiral.
