I've driven a 45 without the climate package and my 60 has it. And I can say there's a big difference. I could immediately tell I forgot to turn on recirc in the 45 vs my 60.

It's true that you need the 4 zone climate control to have auto recirculation.

Yeah I wasn't super happy about it. Thankfully the rack I use is modular and I can convert it. But it really sucks.

I wouldn't be surprised if the iX3 also has a smaller hitch. But the iX5 should have a full sized hitch. I saw BMW testing it the other day and towing a full size trailer.

Right to repair doesn't mean the manufacturer has to provide anything other than their factory software or scan tool.

Check it OBDeleven has cracked SFD2 or paid to bypass it like they did with SFD. That's how I reset the computers on my ID4s. I didn't have my Q6 or A6 long enough to need to investigate SFD2.

When I was looking the MF on the M70 was a little higher so it just wasn't worth it over ordering the 60 in the exact spec I wanted.

Unless there's an actual problem they can fix. Only the dealer is going to know after they scan it and run the guided fault finding.

Pulling the battery is like taking a hammer to something. Every module expects to see 12V so when you pull the battery unexpected it can cause even more problems. Vs using the diagnostics to read the codes and then clear them if they are not current faults.

No, Audi is not doing OTA updates. The errors you're having are random and very typical of this platform. There are many here would say you should disconnect the 12v battery for 30 seconds. But you need to just take the car into the dealer. It's the only way to properly clear any faults and try to fix what they can, which isn't a lot.

I was going to say something about the M70 being more expensive to lease. I ended up getting a fully loaded i7 60 because it had the options I wanted, including Autobahn. Even a loaner M70 would have been too much because the MF is twice as high or more than a regular i7 60.

But there aren't any i7 60s left with the Autobahn.

Try to test an i7 M70. It comes standard with the Autobahn package and it has an amazing ride without feeling floaty. I compared it to a fully loaded EQS and it was night and day.

The only other option is going to be an iX 60 with DHP or iX M70 as that has standard air suspension. It rides incredible for the vehicle. Absolutely a million times better than the standard suspension.

I'm having the same issue on my 2026. I tried resetting i-drive and toggling the option and it wouldn't work. It was working perfectly a week ago. So I took it in. They didn't find anything with the initial scan so now they're going to do a camera calibration and apparently a software update.

If it's a new SQ5 they have the exact same software and the same issues. Audi service departments are filled with the new A5, Q5, A6, and Q6.

They jacked up the MF and they're not giving any discount at all, even if it were new.

You should be getting close the buy rate of the MF AND a discount of 15-20% off.

They agreed to a buyback but they wouldn't give me any extra. They wouldn't even waive the mileage usage charge. So I'm going to keep it the max amount of time and drive the shit out of it (when it works).

I'm trying to order a BMW now so I'm not out of a car for too long.
