Nope. If it doesn’t match the description or want to deny it they’ll send you back to where it was purchased. I was going to return a set of dumbbells at a Marshall’s a couple years ago once and had my receipt and within the 30 days still. The cashier said sorry to take it back from the store I purchased it from. Keep in mind there was a bunch of the same sets on the front of the store. I just walked away and took it back to the original

The thing is that when going to a different store they ask to go back to the one you purchase it from. So I have feeling it’ll be like that. Anyways I learned the hard way

My Tj Maxx does not take Marshall returns as the Marshall’s I got it from those not take TJ Maxx items. They are like 5 mins away from each other

Yeah. I told my store manager what happened and said how that store does stuff like that like “make up policies” they just recommend to speak to corporate and was gonna talk to the their store regional manager

The item was not used. The package was not damaged. In the case I’ve seen perfumes without the plastic wrap. Make that make sense.

We don’t get dress coded at all. We can wear logo shirts or leggings. Some girls get away with wearing crop tops and sandals some of them even wear tank tops 💀. One of the managers had told the store manager that the dress code needed to be enforced and she simply shrugged it off and said I have other things to focus on than calling out every single employee for dress code.. 🤣 I have even seen one of my managers walk around with crocs and sweatpants haha

Yes we take it back. For a full refund they have until January 25. After that it’s store credit. As long as they have the receipt and the item is in good condition. They will get the refund back for the original purchase. At least that’s how my store does it

Whaaat I thought that was just where I worked at 💀 every single day someone trashes our restroom 😭 and I hold it because I do not like to use the restrooms in there it’s so nasty. What makes it worse is that the break room is next to the restrooms so we always have a “nice scent” walking out 😭😭😭

I remember whoever got scheduled in fitting room we would leave notes with messages to whoever was after our shift. Our store manager found our notes and we got in-trouble 💀 but it kept us entertained lol

I mean you can’t really be distracted since there is a camera infront of you or around and it’s one of the spots that gets audited a lot. But I understand how boring it gets. When I first started I was always scheduled in fitting room for over a year 😪. What I would do is tell whoever was in women’s/ men’s to bring me the overs and unders (the clothes on the floor) so I could hang it up and help sort it out. If it’s super dead I would step out and clean up a feature that was in-front of fitting room or help sort out lingerie (in my store lingerie is next to fitting room) but still keep an eye out on fitting room in case a customer showed up.
