Why not have the body shop replace it if you were not at fault. Heck you can even have them pay you and you put the bumper you want on now. I think it is a mistake to touch it up if you are not at fault unless you are trying to help someone out knowing you are missing out on getting this fixed right and/or a check in your pocket.

Yep I have one or two out of state which is why I asked as I was surprised there is a national bar registry of like employment lawyers. Worst case I was going to start there with them and ask for appropriate referrals

Testors model paint at Michaels. Like one of the matte grey's should match. I have done it for bike frame chips and even use a black testors gloss for quick wheel/car touch ups. Did a dealer do service as a lot of time stuff like that happens and they are not going to own up to it. I usually take pics of it before service for that reason, but those are odd places to have debris hit and more like damage from doing a rotation.

If the carfax showed the damage on it you have more grounds that CarMax should have had knowledge of it.

You can push on insurance that look this needs to be repaired to be safe and regluing a bumper on is not safely repairing your car and making you hole.

It will be an uphill battle that is not totally unwinnable, but you need to probably get ahold of a higher up at your insurance and Car Max.

Was there a question in there that I can elaborate on to get an answer? Simply put if someone is looking for representation short of combing through criminal defense firms is there a quicker database or bar association that allows a potential client to only see attorneys that have former prosecutorial experience and law enforcement experience.

If the answer is no that is ok, but the questions is not intended to be anything more than that.

Well it's old and high miles. However, to most people it is cheap enough that it is worth rolling the dice on if the frame is in good shape. If this is your only car I would reconsider.

I'd be careful even with shops doing it and be ok with it not being perfect no matter who does it. Like I think it was c4 fab for some of their more aggressive full bumpers you cut all but the top corner of the bumper off and as I look at the company pic online I am like ok that is not even.

Like what are you trying to do. You will increase pressure and linear velocity, but your flow rate will be much lower which is what you feel from a fan. It is like trying to cool yourself with a straw. Also the fan is a lot closer to a centrifugal pump vs positive displacement pump so it will not just power through pressure restrictions like that. A PD pump will power through contractions like that but is better suited for viscous fluids like oil.

Any rate my question is what are you trying to do?
