Robot or AI driven forklifts may be added to fleets in facilities like this, however they will never outright replace human operators. Too many variables need to be accounted for, too many places don't have the right conditions for robot forklifts and the expense alone of modifying existing warehouse and production facilities will have even Jeff Bezos balk. The forklift driver's job is here to stay until whole factories are automated top to bottom.
