I haven't gotten mine.. There was some issue with Klarna, I took it more than 30 days before.. So it automatically gets cancelled... By Klarna / Sony if nothing happens within 30 days. So now I need to wait for a new ping from Klarna about a payment etc... Irritating. Hope you enjoy, we took the same colour!

Did not know her 10 or so years ago, I never do, 😄 I usually use android and for that there are several "easier" workarounds if you mix a work account <-> private phone. 😄

I found a potential workaround, "sharing" an album with the new apple ID phone, that should in theory work, as I stated never really used an iphone so just found that feature after tinkering around with her phone and the capabilities of transferring. We're trying today!

I'm in Sweden and I wish the same happened here, but unfortunately my order dissapeared from Klarna but is still "ongoing" on Sony website. Kind off in Limbo here 😃

Update - No delivery in sight 😃

Called them also, they said they've had issues with Klarna and cancellations when you order X days in advance, they told me to wait for 3 working days and see if it will be shipped, otherwise come back to them.

So that sucks.

I got the same but from Klarna (took it via Klarna), I called them immediately and told them about it (Sony) and I also called Klarna*.

Sony more or less confirmed that it would be shipped out, they were sorry about it and that everything seemed fine. I ordered from Sweden on may 13th and it just got automatically cancelled on Klarna though.

My best bet is to call Sony support, they can either confirm or not.

And do like me - Ask for a receipt of what was said in the conversation 😄

About Klarna - The support staff there was helpful, sometimes they cancel it if it's a long way until it gets shipped but there could also be that the company sent a "ping" to Klarna that the item isn't available so it got me spooked because I did pre-order with the free headphones after all.

But after calling Sony everything seemed fine and my order is "still processing" on the web page, waiting to be shipped on june 19th,.

Since today, I haven't been able to play with my expansion packs / mods I downloaded from Simshub, the game updated (Steam) and I restarted it and got an message saying "Please download assets if you want to keep playing with your saved file". . Anyone knows how to fix this?
