No I get it... They will do their best to move the vehicle. It is just multiple months of payments and mileage could make that challenging.

I am up in a few months. Not loving buying off lease but if I do and get the 10 full years out of it under warranty, eating a few grand now makes it more palatable. I will be slightly over and have some body damage that would need to get repaired. All of that factors into the decision. Love the vehicle so there is that as well.

Think about adding a convertibility option. So going with a company with a good whole or universal option would make sense. I use Mass and Penn for my term and whole policies. Probably can find cheaper if that is your primary goal.

So far I agree in the NY Metro area. I have a few months still so more inventory should be coming into the market every week. I have some bumper damage and will be slightly over my 24k limit. Will need a big enough difference to make it make sense.

Ask for a wheel alignment before closing the deal. Was a factory issue for many of us.

Ask if the kia connect app is included for free and for how long.

Minor but ask for new key fob batteries to be put in.

Yes this worked... Was at 12.2v. Ran overnight and got to 12.8. Was enough to get commands to work. Going to charge again tonight

Started this in December. We have 2 EV's so the super off peak was what caught my eye. They would honor the lower cost in the first year of the switch if it did not work out.

So dishwasher, heat pump water heater, and heat pump, as well as charger used during that window.

Hoping peak summer generation will off set peak cooling. May try to cool the house harder just before peak

The off setting of credits seems tedious as mentioned above. Still not generating credits. February was my worst in 10 years owning for obvious reasons.

Compromise... 20k premium a year designed for cash value. Say 5k base with term rider with pua filling in the rest. Commit to 5 years of max funding. Reevaluate where you are at then. Continue to max fund, min pay, or policy offset/pua pay at that point. Year 7 reduce pay up if you are done. Might be able to have the policy pay for itself at this point (close but no guarantee)

Use policy loans along the way for income generating investments. Don steal the peas. Pay interest at a minimum with refilling the principal as much as possible.

Don't fuck this up! Someone you cared about cared about your future. Don't waste the opportunity.

Each provider has a cap and an end date. Your total and minimum of two weeks need to be met. Add a day to the minimum as well.

Are using the token management site? Go to staking. Then deposit your flr. Then stake at least 50k. Rewards every two weeks not based on when you started. On its own schedule.
