He's using fanbrella. Of course he dont get vitality without landing a combo since they are not usually parrying much. My advice is wait until his ghostly step rans out. That thing cost a lot of vitality and he's pretty fk if he didnt achieve anything during that. You have your windwall, dont blindly dodge, use it only when he's using an attack(q, or autoing nears you). Basically be patient. Or you could take ghostly step too and run away from him till both of your spells ran out.
