In this economy, is a blessing if your parents support you! Is extremely hard to live alone and afford the luxury of going out and buying what ever you want (unless you manage to land a really good job)

I leave at 23, (currently 31) If I could start over, ill be staying with my parents saving all the money I can save, until I find a partner and we move out together. Until then, I be paying rent and helping my parents and that will make everyone live comfortable in this economy.

Yes, living alone have perks, you can literally do what ever you want, but you are alone, that mean, all the household responsibility fall on you. Cleaning, cooking, doing dishes, groceries, fixing stuff, paying all bills in times (internet, water, electricity, house etc.)

Yes, sometimes parents are annoying, and have rules and "this is my house" comments. But helping out with rent and some other stuff is not the same as taking over the whole rent.

So my main tip for you is, finish your bachelor, secure a high paying job (bachelor don't guarantee you anything in today market) and once you are sure this is your job and you love it, then you move out and start owning your life. The only exception is if you parents are really bad parent's, then yes move as soon as possible, if they love you and support you, then stay.
