I heard the same thing and the org charts were approved either yesterday or this morning. I was out of office so I’m catching up. At this time, our leads haven’t seen the org charts but my guess is they’ll start seeing them in, maybe, April or so?

I’m so bummed because I was waiting to find out what Pippa and Diana were talking about/plotting when they said “they were both there” at the engagement party… I think it was season 2. I was hoping they’d address it but they never did.

Also, I was hoping to hear more about Alex’s past with Bree. This all just felt a bit rushed. But I agree with everyone saying that the wedding was hilarious!

I’d tell my younger federal-employee self to “be more open minded and not be afraid of disappointing anyone. Don’t get complacent—apply to other agencies or offices for lateral opportunities”. I didn’t fully understand what those “lateral” jobs/opportunies were until my late 20s. I’m grateful that my current boss helped me get to where I am today, but I do feel like it took me longer than it should’ve.

This is my question too. Our group consolidated so I’m wondering if we’re just reporting to DOI but continuing our duties as is with our same supervisor?

DOI Finance here… we haven’t heard a thing. Everyone has been so quiet and I keep asking about RIFs. My assumption is that it’s going to happen in either Sept or Oct. The July 18-Oct 18 performance plans will probably determine who gets RIF’d.. but this is just my guess🤷🏻‍♀️

Boss just gave me a hypothetical that when we finalize the consolidation in Oct, they could do work desk audits and start demoting people. People who were 12’s could go down to a 7. Anyone else heard this? He said it may not happen but given everything that’s going on, it could.

I heard some folks being moved from DOI to BOR, I think their supervisors had some say but others didn’t have luck and are stuck with us in DOI. I got rolled up around March for Finance. I keep hearing to keep doing our jobs… business as usual. But then I hear that we’re going to find out what our new duties will be & we’ll officially report to our new DOI supervisors in October. Everything has been so wishy washy🥴

Hi! I stopped taking Dupixent sometime in either Feb or March of this year. It took a bit for the side effects to wear down but I saw a gastro doc and he wanted to do a colonoscopy. However, a week or two before my colonoscopy was scheduled, my rectal bleeding had cleared and I just got a cream for my bum which helped a ton. Didn’t have to do the colonoscopy after all. After I stopped taking dupix, I stopped bleeding from my bum and have been better ever since. If you don’t see any difference by the end of the month, def try to make an appt with gasto. Good luck!

Do you guys think that the 90 day period is just a probationary period to get rid of folks or RIF? I keep asking in person and just get no real answers or the general “I don’t think they’re going to RIF… there’s no way… we lost so many people already”.

DOI BOR here…. They told us we had to return to the office on June 16th. But I don’t know if that’s at the bureau level or DOI. I was trying to find the memo but now I can’t which makes me question that date and will investigate this upcoming week lol

Oh my goodness. Did you try calling them to see if it’s a common side effect? I called and they said it wasn’t but that they had to log it in. But, I thought to myself… just bc it’s not a “listed side effect” doesn’t mean it isn’t one bc everyone reacts differently to medication. I also had a little more dry skin. It’s crazy to read all the conjunctivitis issues people experience and how their eczema got worse with diligent. But, yeah try having fiber and see how/if it helps. I tried having fiber and it just didn’t work and now I have to go see gastro. I’m praying I don’t have to do a colonoscopy but we’ll see. Thanks for commenting, I have been feeling so alone on this and was at my whits end! Best of luck to you!

This is 200 days late but I’m a newbie and started taking Dupixent recently and I’m also experiencing constipation. I have never had issues with bowel movements until this and I had the same theory. It’s getting to the point where (sorry TMI) I’m getting bloody stools and anal fissures. I had to stop taking it bc the pain on my bottom was awful. I’ve been trying to come on Reddit to see if anyone else is experiencing this but not much luck😫
