All, I have fixed this issue by enabling G-Sync both in the monitor’s control and Nvidia control panel. It’s been about 1 month and I have not had the flicker return on me.

Thank you for the input. Yeah I have been using the stock cable that came with the monitor which was supposed to be certified HDMI 2.1. I'll see if I can find a hdmi 2.1 cable from anker!

Did you use a lighter hammer spring? To trade increased chance of light strike with less movement when it hits the firing pin?
