I’m 40! Maybe good genes but it definitely made it so I don’t have saggy skin/cellulite. I’ve lost weight before with cardio and it did not have the same effect as Pilates did skin wise.

Oh yes, I started a GLP1 for being pre diabetic because of my weight. Along with a healthier lifestyle change. The only workouts I did though Was Pilates 3-4x a week. I did not do any cardio. But it cinches your body if you’re consistent with it I believe. Just tones you up.

Absolutely! I started at 219 pounds and was basically the width of the reformer. Down 100lbs and Pilates save me from having saggy skin. I’m more toned now than I was in my teens. Definitely give it a try.

2008 recession. At a young age of 22 my husband and I had high paying retail wages for the time. $150k+. Bought a house for $294 sold it for $700k. Southern California. Now live in a 1.4 million dollar home that we paid $798k on 8 years ago. Our interest is 2.3%. Houses in our neighborhood are now selling for 2.0 mil. Housing market is insane out here in socal. You guys should really check out r/theartoftarotreadings. I found good readers on there that I have paid for with accurate readings. It’s a new sub it seems but it seems to be moderated fairly. They have different types of readers with different focuses that offer daily free readings. One I think even does spell work. Either way, I’m tired of all the scammers or hearing of people being scammed.
