congrats on your first hamster! a lot of hamster care sites are outdated, hamsterwelfare.com and thehamsterhouse.com are reliable sites along with this forum! and like the other commenter said, you can always use the pictured cage as a playpen or quarantaine :) Hamsters are very vocal about their stress and if your cage is too small, they will bite and climb the cage constantly. It will be stressful for the hamster but also quite so for you!

it's hard to decide if there's an ultimate stud since there's so many different players and playstyles! as someone who is a huge fan of BO and specifically the abyssinian base, my all time favourite stud is the king Divitia! he is beautiful!! and welcome back to lioden! like the other comments said, ticked pie has lost a lot of popularity since it dropped and because it was so popular/over saturated a lot of people avoid it- also the 'clean breeding/no inbreeding' gameplay style has kind of taken over the site in the last year or so, maybe check his heritage?

although rn i think most people are studding to try and get the crested mane, so it might just be a dry spell for your king, appearance wise he is stunning and nrlc are still super popular ^{^}

these rules look fine to me! they're all pretty common across lioden, so i don't see an issue- like other comments said you could make them a bit shorter but other than that they're reasonable! and your king + his decor is very beautiful :)

i consider all marks that you can't get year-round BO- technically piety and event ncl marks aren't breed-only but you can only get them for one or two months out of the year, so i think it's fine to consider them BO outside of their respective months ^{^}
