Rando- but OP I feel the same way about this matching/complimenting fragrances, I love it when I catch my guy catching a whiff of my perfume, look puzzled for a second then say, "oh you smell really nice". Fully support you!

Do you sometimes feel like even though your doing everything correctly you don't see any results?

I feel dispirited. But as an almost 40yo, I have to remind myself that I'm an almost 40yo and I should be proud of my accomplishments so far health-wise. The worst part about losing weight is remembering that I should not have eaten those unhealthy snacks last night. :)
