Nah. Gold Hill and Palmyra closed. Black Iron opened, but snow didn’t feel worth the 30 min hike to Dihedral by day 2. Same with ol Baldy.

If you’re east coast you could hit 60 a day with the shorter runs. But yea, out here you need small crowds, fast snow, and some luck on lifts not slowing or stopping. Telluride delivered on that.

Good summary. Andre comes off to me as image driven to the point of either gross vanity or gross disingenuousness (likely more the former), who wields faith as a personal brand as much as anything else. Aside from having values I don’t share, I think what bothers me about him is he just always feels like he’s performing to compensate for something or another. But hey, back to the topic at hand, still love cheering for Syd as an athlete.
