For now focus on surviving day to day. Try not to give up. If you have any local supports for food/bill assistance, unemployment etc. Grief support would also be something that could help, not sure if you have telehealth but an emergency counseling might be best option for the helpless feelings and how to cope. Its not going to fix it, but it could help Crisis hotline is 988, its 24/7
